For cost-sensitive projects, we may recommend TFL (thermally fused laminate) for its consistency, durability, and value. For paint-grade cabinetry, MDF is often used to achieve smooth, uniform finishes with crisp detailing.

Material choices are always discussed during the design phase to ensure the right balance of performance, aesthetics, and budget for your project.

  • Item descripTFL (thermally fused laminate) is a durable, factory-finished panel material with a consistent appearance and low-maintenance surface. When paired with moisture-resistant cores and properly sealed edges, TFL performs well in high-moisture environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, and utility spaces. We use it in cost-sensitive applications, cabinet interiors, and areas where stability, cleanliness, and uniformity are priorities.
